To be honest I really don't have much material to write today. I love to hear what people what to know about me and what I'm feeling about certain issues, so I have set up a Q&A on my new message board. Make sure to check it out under the Mutlimedia section. I know what I could talk about...that's how I live and operate overseas playing the game I love. When I first heard about overseas I was about 16 and this dude was playing with me in an open gym and in my mind I'm like this dude NICE (I know he is not in the league because I know every dude from Chicago that's in the NBA). Then after we won 14 straight games I walked over and introduced myself like whats up fam, I'm Dee, and I really like how you play straight up... where you playing these days? He said I'm over in Italy playing and this will be my 7th year over there. Then he went on about how good it has been to him and how it's not as bad as people say. I just listened because it was interesting to me because even though he wasn't in the NBA, I looked up to him because he never quit believing in himself and he kept playing basketball for a living over in another country.I have always dreamed to play in the NBA just like every basketball player has and that's why we cry when our names get called. People think its the money that makes the tears fall or your heart to pump faster. But it's the visual of a blessing from God that you prayed for all your life and now the day has come after all that hard work and hours in the gym, hours on the road, minutes played in games... the day has finally come. But there's nothing like waking up every morning and knowing I play the game I love for a living. Basketball is my love, my first love, its my passion, I'm deeply in love with it, its my job believe it or not, it's really a job. It was my way out of the situations I was in growing up out West in Chicago. I love this game like Jordan do for real so now what I pray for every night is good HEALTH. Please Lord allow me to stay healthy because if I'm healthy, I will work and work to get better and keep my dream alive which is to be a professional basketball player. If you have dreams to be something keep dreaming because believe it or not, I had dreams to be a lot of things. My goals never stayed the same, they grew, my imagination is crazy. I think about some many different things that I want to do but you have to live in the present and enjoy it, enjoy every moment of your life. Be happy and do the things that make you happy. Not what makes your friends happy, your boyfriend or girlfriend but do what makes you happy. Right now I'm just resting getting ready for practice tomorrow, today I enjoyed my day off and slept the whole day. I had to give my body a rest and let it get fresh for a tough practice tomorrow. I think about few songs to write and get on these sticks, for those who don't know what that mean it's the video games. I have to make sure my skills don't fall off so when I start back playing the fam I'm still the best in the house. I can't lose my belt. I know I have many challengers out there and I promise you when I get back home I will give out my online NBA LIVE name so I can play y'all and talk my trash for real thats my thing I love playing video games and relaxing with the family I love that. But yeah I just wanted to write something to my people thanks for stopping by and showing me love....I'm doing good, I'm feeling great and I'm working hard.
