Everyday I'm just feeling so much better after the good workouts at the gym. I've been working on my shot, strength and conditioning, and the Wizards defensive strageties. I workout twice a day once in the morning and then in the evening around 7. The attitude is the gym is great, everyone comes in and get some work done. I love when your star players live at the gym. Gilbert ask me every morning you coming back to the game tonight, Caron too.

My vacation is over...I just moved out of my condo in downtown Chicago and now currently living in Washington, DC. I'm really excited about the new situation and opportunity with the Wizards that some nights I just couldn't sleep thinking about being back in the NBA. I really hate moving though, but you have to do it someday. I really didn't have that much stuff because when I moved to Turkey 8 months ago I give all my gear away to family and friends.

I want to thank my family, fans, friends for all the love and support this past week. I just turned 24 on August 17th and it was one of the best birthdays I have had. I really wanted to have a big party or go on a big trip. So this year I had 2 different events and both were so much fun and something I will never forget. Its tough to throw a party when you know the whole city and thousands around the country because everyone wants to come or get a personal invite which I totally understand.

First off I want to thank all my wonderful fans who visit the site everyday means a lot to me. I've been busy working hard on my game and preparing for the upcoming season. I just came from Las Vegas where I was working out in one of the best camps of the summer. This camp featured 70 NBA players, representatives from every NBA team coaching staff, NBA General Managers, Vice Presidents, it was unbelievable. I want to thank the Washington Wizards organization for inviting me to this event.
